  • 1/2 tablespoon light coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Place the flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl, then combine the ingredients with a large spoon. Add the water to the mixture, then blend them together until you form a large, soft ball. Coat the dough with coconut oil, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Allow the pizza dough 20-30 minutes to rise and set.

Now, follow these steps:

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle corn flour over the surface of a flat, clean surface.
  3. Remove the pizza dough from the bowl, then place it on the floured surface.
  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then use a rolling pin to flatten it out.
  5. Place the flat dough on a round pizza pan lightly coated with coconut oil.
  6. Use a knife to cut around the dough until it forms a circle.
  7. Coat the surface of the pizza dough with coconut oil, then add your cheese and other gluten-free toppings of choice.
  8. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the toppings appear done.

Remove the pizza from the oven, then allow it to cool for 5 minutes. Slice and serve your pizza with salad, fruit or another healthy side.
